Wedding next weekend - which dress?
It is my cousins wedding next weekend and our first night out since having our baby (he is almost 8 weeks, sob, where did that time go!!)
Anyway, I have bought two dresses and am not sure which one to wear. I actually thought the blue dress was more slimming in the mirror, but looking at the photos Im not so sure (maybe it is the camera angle or the way the fabric shows up?)
If I wear the blue one, I would probably wear it with silver shoes & accessories.
Not sure about what to wear with the pink one (I am not a really a fan of automatically putting black with any colour - Trinny & Sussanah's book suggest a shade of brown such as Mushroom to complement with this colour).
So what does everyone think? I have a few other dresses as well, so if these both look terrible there are other options!!

I would have to say the pink because it shows off your curves and has a more flattering neckline. I also like the idea of the mushroom coloured shoes.
I prefer the blue.....
Not really convinced on the frills around the bust on the pink one...not sure about you but when I had a eight week old the last place I wanted to draw attention to is the bust.
I think the blue is a great style.

Thanks girls, I have decided to go with the blue.
I probably think the pink one is more me, but it feels a little tight at the moment - might save it for a 30th birthday party I have at the end of January when I have lost a bit more of my baby weight!
My only hesitation with the blue one felt like a bit of a "boring" colour to me as I have always been a fan of red, pinks, etc and brighter colours, but I think I will feel more comfortable in it tonight (especially given the cleavage the pink one shows which will get bigger as the night goes on long LOL, since I wont be feeding Adyn for 8 hours!). And once I dress it up with silver sparkly jewellery I think it will look better.
Will post a pic later once I get ready (which I better get a move on and do since we have to leave in less than 2 hours!)
I don't think the blue dress is boring at all an as its the more comfortable dress, its probably your wisest choice.

Well we had a great night out, and was glad I went with the blue dress in the end. I was really comfortable in it and think it looked pretty good once I dressed it up with silver accessories!
